<br> that the securities market can dictate
If an organized organization conducting securities transactions through the securities market violates the agreement made with the securities market or if it is deemed necessary to make the securities transactions clean and regular or to take into account the interests of investors, the securities market may issue necessary instructions to such organized organizations. (2) ) The duty of complying with the instructions given in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be that of the relevant organized organization.
